We want our entire community to be able connect with their friends. If you have gaming friends on Twitter or Facebook, make sure you’re sharing your gaming activity with them! Just head over to your settings and go to your sharing tab.

For Twitter, put in your account information, select what you want to share, and you’re good to go!

For Facebook, Raptr needs to connect to your Facebook account. Click “Add Application”. Don’t worry, there isn’t any clutter added to either profile.

Once you allow Raptr access to your Facebook account, you’re ready to announce to your friends!

Now all you have to do is play a game and Raptr will automatically announce your gameplay! Raptr can also announce achievements, daily summaries, and more; it’s completely up to you.

Raptr strives to improve and expand tracking for all members. We recently upgraded to include World of Warcraft achievement tracking and faster Xbox 360 tracking (now working at full speed). Now, for all you Team Fortress 2 and Left 4 Dead players, Raptr will track Steam achievements.

Many people are have trouble getting their Steam IDs into Raptr, so we’re here to help. First sign into Steam and go to the “Community” tab:

Sign in again with the same information and edit your community profile:

Your Steam ID is at the end of the URL (http://steamcommunity.com/id/[YOUR ID]). Many accounts don’t have a Steam ID yet. Go ahead and make one, or if you already have one, use that one and add it to “Identities” in your Raptr account. Raptr will now regularly track your Steam achievements!

Now you can start showing off all your Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, or any other Steam game achievements!

You probably already know that you can embed your Raptr badge wherever you want. What you might not know is that there are other styles: Forum Signature and Forum Signature small. You can show off your Raptr account at your favorite forums. Just click the orange <Embed> button on your default Raptr badge, select the style you want, and start embedding! Want more styles? Head over to the forums and suggest a design!

Did you know that you can use BBcode in your profile page? You can embed in anything that supports BBcode: gamercards, Friendfeed, Twitter, and hundreds more. Here are some examples of plug-ins users have used:
