Game Pages:
These are gold mines for friends and people to play with for a certain game. First place I like to look is the reviews. If someone spent the time to write a long, insightful review, they probably have played the game for a while.

Next place to look is the players. There is the entire list of people who have played the game. You can just adding friends randomly, or you can look at each person and see if they match using our compatibility engine.

Discover Players:
Here you can find more general game lovers. If you take a look at the “Top Reviewers” module you can meet some people with passion for video games. It really takes something to review 20+ games.

Dashboard:
The everyone feed is good for many reasons. I personally like to see what games are being played, but another function is to see who is playing those games. See somebody playing a game that you like to play? Add them!

Twitter:
I’m a big fan of Twitter (Hit me up @Boxhead!). If you’re looking for someone on Raptr to play with, just go to search.twitter.com and search for “Raptr” and the name of the game. It should come up with lots of “is playing” status updates, and you can contact them through Raptr to play. Usually people announcing their gaming activity do so to get other people to play with them.

Forums:
This is the best way to find players. We have a Looking For Group forum that people always visit. Whether you’re looking for a co-op partner for Resident Evil 5, or you’re looking for some friendly faces in Left 4 Dead, the forums are a great place to go.

Right-click on any game in your Raptr client and select your flavor of hiding gameplay.

You can:

Disable Tracking – Raptr doesn’t  track the hours you play. Perfect for those that want to hide how much time they’ve sunk into WoW.

Hide Game – This will completely get rid of the game from the list and future scans. Perfect for hiding embarrassing games. WARNING: this will permanently remove the game; it cannot be salvaged without a fair amount of work.

Like always, you can go to your Sharing settings and change what to announce to your friends. But seriously, if you are playing Hello Kitty: Bubblegum Girlfriends, tell your friends so they can get you a better game.

Right click on a contact and select your poke.

The result: instant fun! Try them all out!

Step 1: Sign into Raptr with your MSN account linked (if you don’t have an MSN account, you have to make one; you also have to connect your Xbox Live account to your MSN – guide here)

Step 2: Your friend logs into MSN messenger on Xbox Live (your friend has to have their Xbox Live account connected to MSN. Don’t know how? It’s on that same guide here)

Step 2.5: If you two aren’t friends on MSN messenger, one of you just has to invite/add the other using the email associated with your Xbox Live account/MSN account.

Step 2.75: Accept friend request.

Step 3: You see each other online and start chatting!

For Twitter, put in your account information, select what you want to share, and you’re good to go!

For Facebook, Raptr needs to connect to your Facebook account. Click “Add Application”. Don’t worry, there isn’t any clutter added to either profile.

Once you allow Raptr access to your Facebook account, you’re ready to announce to your friends!

Now all you have to do is play a game and Raptr will automatically announce your gameplay! Raptr can also announce achievements, daily summaries, and more; it’s completely up to you.

Many people are have trouble getting their Steam IDs into Raptr, so we’re here to help. First sign into Steam and go to the “Community” tab:

Sign in again with the same information and edit your community profile:

Your Steam ID is at the end of the URL (http://steamcommunity.com/id/[YOUR ID]). Many accounts don’t have a Steam ID yet. Go ahead and make one, or if you already have one, use that one and add it to “Identities” in your Raptr account. Raptr will now regularly track your Steam achievements!

Now you can start showing off all your Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead, or any other Steam game achievements!

Did you know that you can use BBcode in your profile page? You can embed in anything that supports BBcode: gamercards, Friendfeed, Twitter, and hundreds more. Here are some examples of plug-ins users have used:
