We know that somethings don’t work 100% of the time but we try our hardest to get them fixed. With that said, we’d like everyone to help out by telling us when something goes wrong. When something breaks (ex: message doesn’t get sent, contacts disappear, etc.), let us know by sending your logs. Every log helps. To do so, just go to the “Help” tab on the menu bar, and select feedback. From there, you can choose to upload your log!
Is the Raptr app not detecting some of your games? With out newest tool, you can now manually add the game! WARNING: This feature is in ALPHA. Manually adding a game will work for majority of games (including Steam games), but will not work for more complex games (more specifically, games with multiple launchers such as Aion or Free Realms). For those that don’t work, let us know in the Help forums and we’ll do our best to get them added in. To get to the tool, go to your “preferences” in the app, the “Add Game” button will be in the “Games” sub-menu.
