This may not be news, but the ESRB rating for Brutal Legend is pretty amusing. PSP GO is designed to thwart pirates. The PS3 Slim is slower than the PS3 fat. PS3 Slim and firmware 3.0 officially launch tonight. Looks like we’ll be seeing some in-game adds in Battle.net. HD God of War 1 and 2 due this holiday season. Rock Band Network now supports songs with less that 4 instruments. Sonic and Knuckles will be available on XBLA September 9.

Fable 2 Game of the Year edition announced. Cryptic says the lack of MMOs on Xbox Live is baffling - Champions Online is all ready to go on the 360, but Microsoft is hesitating. Dawn of War 2 DLC details revealed - looks like they’re getting a horde mode. Aion open beta client is now available. Square Enix teases Modern Warfare 2 in Japan. Amazon Germany (and other areas) list a 250GB Xbox 360 Elite. Some Modern Warfare 2 footage leaked (Single and Multi-player) – acceptable quality. The PS3 Slim uses significantly less power.

If you want to use Facebook and Twitter on your Xbox 360, you have to have a Xbox Live gold subscription. Finally, a better way to search for Rock Band DLC songs – the Rock Band Network store! No More Heroes 2 confirmed for January 2010 release. Battle.net 2.0 will allow cross faction and cross server communication. Champions Online lifetime and 6 month subscriptions are back! Battlefield 2 patch to be released and the previous packs will be free. NCsoft announces Aion open beta details up until launch. Microsoft dropping HDMI and component cables in new models. SEGA discusses the future of Sonic. Check out the newest PS3 ads – they’re actually amusing!
